My Background
I began with a foundation in mathematics and statistics, and built my career across revenue management, operations, and business transformation.
At Director level, I managed assets exceeding $400M, led cross-functional operational teams, and built automation systems that have saved thousands of hours across multiple organisations.
I am currently focused on applying AI and automation to real business problems in SMEs and education organisations — as a Visiting Lecturer at Deakin University and Honorary Lecturer at Swansea University, and through direct consulting engagements.
